<p style=”text-align: justify;”>दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने माना कि फिल्म ‘दूसरा’ से पूर्व क्रिकेट कप्तान सौरव गांगुली के पर्सनैलिटी राइट्स का उल्लंघन हुआ है. कोर्ट ने फिल्म की शुरुआत और अंत में हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में बड़े डिस्क्लेमर दिखाने का आदेश दिया है. साथ ही, 2 करोड़ रुपये जमा कराने का निर्देश भी दिया है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>सेलिब्रिटी की आइडेंटिटी और उनकी अपनी विरासत की सुरक्षा से जुड़ी कानूनी लड़ाई अब एक बहुत बड़े पड़ाव पर पहुँच गई है. दरअसल, दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने पूर्व भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम कप्तान सौरव गांगुली और उनके साथ लव फिल्म द्वारा फाइल किए गए मुकदमे में अपना सही फैसला सुनाया है. जिसमें कोर्ट ने साफ तौर पर बताया है की फिल्म दूसरा में उनके पर्सनैलिटी और पब्लिसिटी राइट का गलत इस्तेमाल किया गया है .</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>फिल्म में दिखाना होगा डिस्क्लेमर</strong></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>इस तरह से कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि मेकर्स अधिकारों का गलत इस्तेमाल करने की वजह से दो करोड रुपए जमा करेंगे, और फिल्म को OTT से लेकर किसी भी अन्य प्लेटफार्म पर रिलीज नहीं करेंगे.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि फिल्म की कहानी में सौरव गांगुली की जिंदगी और उनकी छवि से जुड़ी कई बातें शामिल हैं. ऐसे में फिल्म के फाइनल कट से इन खास हिस्सों को हटाना लगभग संभव नहीं है. इस मामले को देखते हुए बेंच ने फिल्म के मेकर्स रमेश देव प्रोडक्शंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को निर्देश दिया कि फिल्म की शुरुआत और अंत में हिंदी और अंग्रेजी, दोनों भाषाओं में साफ तौर पर डिस्क्लेमर दिखाया जाए.</p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>14 मई 2027 को रिलीज होने वाली ‘दादा- द सौरव गांगुली स्टोरी’ का डायरेक्शन विक्रमादित्य मोटवानी कर रहे हैं. वहीं, लव रंजन और अंकुर गर्ग इसे प्रोड्यूस किया गया है.</p>
